Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
